Personal Assistant
Overview
A growth-focused entrepreneur is seeking professional administrative support to scale operations and handle client-facing communications. As a Personal Assistant, you will act as a reliable extension of business leadership, managing day-to-day administrative workflows and professional networking to streamline LinkedIn engagement and email management.
Schedule:
- Part-time, working during US business hours (US Mountain Time - MST)
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage email inboxes by categorizing messages and ensuring follow-up
- Send pre-drafted emails to clients on behalf of leadership to maintain active communication
- Manage an active LinkedIn presence through thoughtful comments and professional engagement
- Conduct outreach and connection building on LinkedIn to support networking goals
- Act as a primary point of contact for routine client requests and document delivery
- Support daily administrative operations to improve communication efficiency
- Assist with basic marketing design tasks such as creating brochures and collateral
- Ensure a consistent professional brand voice is maintained across all platforms
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant for entrepreneurs
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and engagement
- High level of attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment
- Bonus if you have experience with basic graphic design or marketing software
- It helps if you have a background in professional client-facing relationship management
