Job Overview

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Affiliate Marketing & Partnership Growth Specialist to support the growth of their digital product business and fundraising initiatives. This role combines affiliate marketing, partnership development, and crowdfunding campaign support to help drive revenue, build strategic relationships, and increase campaign visibility. The ideal candidate has experience in digital product marketing, affiliate recruitment, and crowdfunding promotion. They are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable building outreach campaigns, developing partnerships, and optimizing growth strategies across multiple channels.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM BST (20 hours per week)

Note: Flexible part-time structure consisting of ideally 4 hours per day, with operational flexibility for outreach across UK, US, and international creator/affiliate markets.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Marketing & Partnership Growth: Recruit and onboard affiliates, creators, and strategic partners; identify influencers, bloggers, community leaders, and digital product promoters within relevant niches.
  • Outreach Execution: Build comprehensive outreach lists and conduct daily email and social media outreach campaigns to cultivate brand relationships.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners; create promotional materials and targeted campaign messaging for affiliates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, and sales metrics; research and recommend new partnership and growth opportunities.
  • Crowdfunding Campaign Support: Support the promotion and growth of the company's crowdfunding campaign; develop targeted outreach strategies to attract donors, backers, and strategic partners.
  • Mission Alignment: Identify communities, organizations, and individuals that align tightly with the campaign's mission; assist with campaign messaging, email outreach, and fundraising communications.
  • Visibility Optimization: Recommend strategies to improve campaign visibility and conversions; track fundraising metrics and provide regular progress reports.
  • Revenue Coordination: Coordinate unique partnership and promotional opportunities that can directly drive campaign contributions.

Requirements

  • Marketing Footprint: Proven professional experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or digital product marketing.
  • Fundraising Exposure: Direct experience supporting or managing crowdfunding or fundraising campaigns.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong outreach, relationship-building, email marketing, and social selling skills.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and standard reporting tools.
  • Linguistic Standard: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
  • Operational Habits: Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under a growth-oriented, commercial mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Payhip, Gumroad, Shopify, or similar digital product platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Crowdfunder, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or similar fundraising platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI, technology, Web3, productivity, or creator-economy audiences.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of affiliates and partners recruited and actively generating traffic or sales.
  • Total revenue generated through affiliate channel activities.
  • Daily outreach volume and corresponding partner response rates.
  • Net growth of the crowdfunding campaign's audience and backer pipeline.
  • Documented campaign contributions, fundraising progress, and strategic partnerships secured.
