In this role, you will handle inbound leads generated from Google advertising, navigate a proprietary CRM, and guide prospective customers through the initial sales process to secure installation appointments. Schedule:
- Full Time - 40h per week - Monday-Friaday - 9 AM -5 PM Based on EDT - Ontario Time Zone
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from Google ads and conduct timely outbound follow-up calls
- Manage and maintain the proprietary CRM with accurate data entry
- Schedule and book follow-up dates to keep the sales pipeline moving
- Provide prospective customers with pricing for heat pumps and HVAC systems
- Nurture leads to maximize appointment bookings and conversion rates
- Maintain high professionalism and clarity on every customer call
- Collaborate with the internal team on product and pricing updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or B2C lead generation
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
- Proficiency in navigating CRM systems
- High attention to detail for managing lead data and schedules
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily outreach targets
- Comfortable handling basic customer objections over the phone
