The Mission

At our company, we help families win with money and we develop leaders who pass that mission on. We are a faith-driven, values-led company, and purpose runs through everything we do.

You are the founder’s right hand. You fill his calendar with qualified appointments and you bring calm to the chaos, so the things that matter actually get done. This is not a role for someone who just completes tasks. It’s for someone who owns them, sees them through, and makes sure nothing slips.

What You’ll Own

  1. Task organization & clearing the deck

You are the founder’s right hand, and this is where it starts. He carries a lot, and you bring the calm. Gather everything that needs doing from every direction, organize it, prioritize by deadline and impact, and keep it all moving. Whenever you can, take it off his hands and run it to done yourself. Nothing falls through the cracks, and nobody has to chase you.

2. Lead generation & appointment booking

This is where the business grows. Following our system, you will be sending out scripted messages using the founder’s LinkedIn and Instagram and book qualified appointments right onto his calendar. No advanced sales experience is needed—this is essentially copy-and-paste using a proven script, with the use of Claude / ChatGPT to assist when messages go off-script. You own the outreach and the follow-up so no lead goes cold. You are not closing, you are filling the calendar with the right conversations. Comfort with social tools and the discipline to follow a proven system are what win here, and this is where your bonus lives.

3. Agent onboarding & licensing support

Walk new agents through their licensing journey from end to end. Support exam prep, partner with the Business Development Support Team, and help each person reach every milestone while you keep an eye on bottlenecks and timelines.

4. Client experience, write-up to issued

Guide each client from write-up to a completed policy. Help with meetings and data collection, track every case and follow-up, and liaise with carriers to keep things moving. Every client should feel genuinely cared for at every touchpoint.

5. Executive operations & time protection

Protect the founder’s time. Filter what comes in, manage the calendar to guard his high-value hours, and prepare clean briefings, summaries, and action items. Use the Issue → Options → Recommendation format so he only handles the decisions that truly need him.

6. Metrics & reporting

Keep everyone clear on where things stand. Enter data into our company website and track each item through to completion, then bring the founder a simple daily report. Keep an eye on recruiting, licensing, pipeline, and production, and share what it means, not just the raw numbers.

7. Marketing & social media support

Help manage the social media presence and support content creation, drawing more qualified interest into the top of the pipeline and tracking engagement all the way back to booked appointments.

8. Proactive problem solving

Before you bring an issue, name the problem, lay out the options, and recommend a path. Don’t bring problems, bring decisions ready to be made.

Performance & Earning Potential

This role rewards results. On top of base pay, there is a lucrative monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000, tied directly to the metrics you help move. We want someone who is hungry to hit those numbers, not just maintain the day-to-day, and who is genuinely excited to be paid for the outcomes they drive.

Bonus earning is built around three areas:

  • New agents and clients closed: leads you generate and book to the calendar that go on to convert. The $1,000 bonus is applicable to these new hires.
  • Licensing milestones: agents you help move through the key steps of the licensing journey.
  • Policies issued: policy production across our team of licensed agents.

The full structure is shared during the interview. If clear targets light you up, you will do very well here.

Who You Are

The right hand we are looking for is:

  • Driven: energized by targets. You want to hit the numbers, own them, and be rewarded for results.
  • High ownership: calm under pressure, thinks two to three steps ahead, and chases the outcome, not just the task.
  • Client-ready: warm, confident, and professional on camera with clear, fluent English.
  • Organized: structured and reliable across multiple workflows and competing priorities at once.
  • Tech-minded: comfortable with software and social tools, and excited to help automate the business as we grow.
  • Coachable: open to feedback, eager to grow, and ready to learn new tools, including AI.

Candidate requirements (What You Bring)

    • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally to a founder, sales, or recruiting operation
    • Excellent spoken and written English, confident and professional on camera
  • Willingness to manage appointment setting through scripted messaging (no advanced sales experience required)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion and CRM systems, Canva, and Zoom
  • Excellent task management and the ability to organize and prioritize work from multiple sources at the same time
  • A reliable, quiet, professional remote setup and dependable internet. Dual monitor setup for efficient multi tasking and backup power and internet.
  • Availability for the listed schedule

Nice to Have

  • A strong technical background and understanding of AI automation. We are beginning to automate much of the business and want someone who can help build that out
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and/or Claude, and with an automation platform such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or Lindy AI
  • Comfortable working in social media tools such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Background in financial services, insurance, or network marketing

The tech stack and AI expectations are strictly nice-to-haves. We are just looking for someone with a decent technical foundation who is willing and able to learn in this area, and we will equip you with the training to help you grow.

What Success Looks Like

  • Qualified appointments are consistently booked to the calendar through LinkedIn and Instagram
  • The founder feels organized and on top of his workload, not buried in it
  • The founder has a right hand he can hand almost anything to and trust it gets done
  • Clients are guided smoothly from write-up to issued, with no escalations
  • Agents keep moving through their licensing milestones
  • Operations run without constant oversight

Non-Negotiables

  • Extreme ownership mindset
  • Proactive thinking, never reactive
  • Independent prioritization without handholding
  • High reliability and follow-through
  • Hunger to hit metrics and be rewarded for them

What This Role Is Not

✕ Not a basic admin role

✕ Not someone who waits for instructions

✕ Not a task completer who needs everything handed to them in order

This is:

A true right hand. A systems thinker. A force multiplier.
