B2B LinkedIn Lead Generation Contractor

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a B2B LinkedIn Lead Generation Contractor to join their team. This role focuses on connection building, prospect research, and driving engagement within the client's existing ecosystem network to expand their footprint in the UK, European, and US markets.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, flexible within 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM UK Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify relevant contacts by mining first-degree and second-degree LinkedIn connections within the client's existing ecosystem network
  • Send daily connection requests to targeted prospects while managing LinkedIn's platform limits and daily activity caps
  • Execute follow-up messaging sequences to new connections to raise awareness of the company's advisory services and upcoming events
  • Conduct targeted prospect research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build lists of organizations and key decision-makers in specific sectors and regions
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, connection acceptance rates, and response metrics for daily reporting
  • Categorize and prioritize leads based on relevance to the client's target market of UK and European companies expanding into the US

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn outreach, connection building, and prospect research for B2B services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its search and filtering capabilities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess whether a prospect is a relevant fit based on their profile and industry
  • High level of attention to detail when filtering and qualifying large volumes of contacts
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting professional connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Ability to work independently and manage a structured daily workflow with minimal supervision
