Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Integrated Digital Marketing Manager (Content, Social & Paid Media) to take the lead in driving measurable growth for a variety of brands. This role combines technical know-how with creative thinking to improve organic rankings, digital traffic, and overall campaign performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing advanced digital marketing strategies, creating visually compelling content, managing social channels, and optimizing paid social campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; adapt visual assets specifically for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Channel Management & Scheduling: Plan, organize, and publish daily posts, stories, and reels across all active social channels; monitor overall account health and respond to comments, messages, and mentions within 24 hours.
- Content Writing & Storytelling: Write compelling captions, blogs, and conversion-focused micro-copy that reflect the brand voice and drive user action; develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with promotions, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
- Meta Ads & Paid Social: Strategize, build, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focusing on awareness, traffic, lead generation, and remarketing; track key performance metrics ($CTR$, $CPC$, $CPA$, $ROAS$) and adjust targeting, creative assets, and budgets for maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use platform insights and Google Analytics to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare monthly performance reports; perform systematic A/B testing on creatives, copywriting, and ad audiences.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional design, SEO, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence; stay up to date on social trends, platform algorithms, and emerging features to recommend new tactics.
Requirements
- Design Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated professional proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or highly similar visual software.
- Email Marketing Systems: Practical operational knowledge of email automation platforms including MailChimp and Constant Contact.
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Strong writing skills with a proven ability to craft highly persuasive, clear, and on-brand copy across diverse digital mediums.
- Paid Media Expertise: Proven track record running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts, including advanced campaign setup, pixel optimization, audience scaling, and performance reporting.
- Marketing Infrastructure: Familiarity with professional social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) alongside foundational SEO principles.
- Organizational Discipline: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics, generating data insights, and turning campaign analytics into actionable operational adjustments.
