Job Overview
Our client is looking for a versatile and strategic professional to act as a combined content strategist, social media manager, and manufacturing administrator. In this role, you will lead the launch of a limited-edition jeans line, optimize digital storefront operations, and centralize customer communications. This role requires a blend of creative marketing, technical CRM setup, and manufacturer coordination.

Note: This role is designed to start part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) with a clear transition to full-time (40 hours/week) within approximately two months.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the limited edition jeans launch, including phased content rollouts designed to build anticipation
- Manage, monitor, and centralize all social media platforms and scattered communications—including private Facebook groups, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and website chat—into a single streamlined CRM channel
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency and voice
- Experience in Shopify, including creating products, managing listings, and supporting website improvements (chat features, navigation, and AI agent implementation)
- Source, evaluate, and communicate with domestic and international denim manufacturers, utilizing basic sourcing knowledge to send tech packs, analyze capabilities/pricing, and track thorough follow-ups
- Set up and manage an omni-channel CRM system to centralize all customer communications, integrate social channels, connect customer touchpoints (website, email, etc.), and generate actionable marketing reports
- Monitor online brand mentions and user-generated content across Facebook and other platforms to identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Handle administrative communications including NDA distribution, manufacturer correspondence, and design council announcements
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and strategy
- Integrate into an existing team, supporting and collaborating closely with the Marketing Director on ongoing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, including limited edition or product launch campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and audience engagement tactics
- Required HubSpot experience; preferred Freshworks omni-channel experience for setup, integration, and reporting
- Hands-on experience managing and creating products within Shopify
- Basic manufacturing sourcing skills, including tech-pack evaluation and consistent vendor follow-up
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
