Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings through outbound outreach. This role focuses exclusively on setting high-quality appointments, not closing sales. The ideal candidate will conduct high-volume cold calling to build pipeline and book meetings with decision-makers on a daily basis.
Client Overview
Our client is a video streaming company that runs live streams and other video-based products. They are expanding their sales pipeline through outbound strategies and are looking to prove the effectiveness of dedicated appointment setting.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospect lists provided by the client
- Deliver initial pitch and overcome objections to secure qualified meetings
- Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints including phone, email, and SMS
- Update client records and maintain accurate tracking of all outreach activities
- Book and confirm appointments with qualified prospects who show genuine interest
- Ensure prospects commit to scheduled meetings and reduce no-show rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales with demonstrated results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience handling cold leads and managing objections effectively
- Ability to consistently book multiple qualified meetings per day
- Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and client records
- Self-motivated and target-driven with commitment to exceeding daily goals
Nice-To-Have Requirements
- Experience working with international clients, particularly US or European markets
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and technology or SaaS products
- Background in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
