Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will focus on high-volume outbound calling to connect with homeowners, verify eligibility, and secure appointments for an energy efficiency test offering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to generate qualified leads for the energy efficiency test offering
• Collect and verify key prospect data including name, address, postcode, telephone number, homeownership status, and window age
• Schedule confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners and pass them through to the sales team
• Build and maintain an organised database of qualified leads and contact records
• Deliver a consistent brand message aligned with the company's energy efficiency test narrative
• Provide daily and weekly activity reports on call volume, contacts made, and appointments booked

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation and/or appointment setting
• Skilled in verbal communication, with a confident and professional phone manner. 
• Ability to handle objections and maintain composure during high-volume calling sessions
• High level of attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and record keeping
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM tools
