Our client is seeking an analytical, highly organized E-commerce Order & Customer Support Specialist to serve as a vital extension of their Hong Kong business operations. In this full-time remote role, you will take ownership of the order fulfillment lifecycle and manage day-to-day global customer relations. This position goes beyond traditional customer support; it requires a proactive professional who can analyze consumer behavior, coordinate cross-functional shipping pipelines, and collaborate directly with management to execute promotional marketing campaigns that boost international sales.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM HKT [Hong Kong Time] (40 hours per week) Note: Includes a 1-hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment Lifecycle: Receive, audit, and process all incoming global customer orders accurately through the company’s e-commerce ecosystem.
- Global Customer Care: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and independently resolve product, transactional, or delivery issues.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate internally with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure products are dispatched on time and shipping delays are mitigated.
- Retention Outreach: Manage targeted email promotions, seasonal marketing campaigns, and direct customer outreach initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Analyze customer purchasing preferences, tracking metrics, and current e-commerce market trends to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Strategic Growth Support: Partner directly with the E-commerce Manager to support CRM administration and execute data-driven sales boosting initiatives.
Requirements
- Industry Tenure: 3-5+ years of dedicated professional experience managing operations within an e-commerce or digital retail environment.
- Linguistic Standard: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills tailored for professional global consumer engagement and corporate reporting.
- Operational Literacy: Strong understanding of worldwide online retail operations, international shipping pathways, and multi-channel fulfillment models.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret sales data, monitor customer satisfaction metrics, and evaluate target consumer behavior.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional organizational habits paired with the strong internal communication skills needed to collaborate across remote departments.
