Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and data-driven Real Estate Lead Research Specialist to conduct comprehensive residential vacant lot research. This full-time, ongoing role is entirely deliverable-focused and requires no real-time customer interaction. In this position, you will produce fresh, accurate property owner lists across changing target markets, working directly with the client to align on strategic priorities and parameters.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Research and identify unlisted vacant residential infill lots across targeted Florida markets using platforms such as Zillow.
• Compile comprehensive property data lists including property addresses, parcel numbers, approximate lot sizes, and owner contact information.
• Verify property zoning to confirm residential classification and ensure lots are genuinely vacant.
• Maintain and update prospect lists on an ongoing basis as target areas shift to new locations.
• Deliver organized, accurate, and ready-to-use data to support direct outreach and cash offer negotiations.
• Focus initial research efforts on Beverly Hills, Florida, before systematically expanding to Vero Lakes and Eustis, Florida.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead research, property research, or data mining.
• Familiarity with Zillow and online property record databases.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
