Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and ready to learn to join their team. This position is fully remote with paid training.

Schedule

  • Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MDT (either Wednesday or Thursday as day off) or Monday-Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm MDT (either Wednesday or Thursday as day off)

     

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Answer customer questions, reschedule appointments, transfer calls to appropriate internal departments, assist technicians with questions
  • Meet company standards for call quality and performance

Requirements

  • Good conversational English and communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Enthusiastic, personable, and punctual
  • Coachable; applies feedback in order to improve

Required Equipment

  • Headphone with working microphone (wired work best)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Has a backup power option in case of power outages
  • Quiet place to work
