Schedule

Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MDT (either Wednesday or Thursday as day off) or Monday-Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm MDT (either Wednesday or Thursday as day off)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Make outbound calls
- Answer customer questions, reschedule appointments, transfer calls to appropriate internal departments, assist technicians with questions
- Meet company standards for call quality and performance
Requirements
- Good conversational English and communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Enthusiastic, personable, and punctual
- Coachable; applies feedback in order to improve
Required Equipment
- Headphone with working microphone (wired work best)
- Reliable internet connection
- Has a backup power option in case of power outages
