Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls across both medical office and med spa locations
  • Efficiently schedule and reschedule patient appointments for various medical and aesthetic services
  • Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers and staff members based on their specific needs
  • Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff through messaging systems
  • Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and route requests to the correct departments
  • Manage administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and communication workflows
  • Support both traditional medical services and innovative med spa treatments through excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Tebra and Vigaro EMR platforms
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred (comprehensive training provided if needed)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple phone lines
  • Professional demeanor and patient-focused approach to healthcare communication
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare team
  • Enthusiasm for working in a growing healthcare practice with diverse service offerings
