Digital Marketing Assistant (HubSpot & Paid Ads)
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team. Every day, you'll be the friendly face of the publication, helping customers and working on marketing campaigns. You will manage their customer service platform (HubSpot), process orders, handle subscriptions, and keep their wine database looking sharp.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly face of the publication to assist customers and manage inquiries

Manage the customer service platform (HubSpot), process orders, and handle member subscriptions

Maintain and organize the digital wine database to keep it up to date

Monitor and track the performance of live digital marketing campaigns

Execute targeted advertising campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels

Create engaging graphics and creative collateral using established brand templates

Schedule and publish social media posts and digital event listings

Set up, manage, and optimize AI agents and workflows across active platforms
Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital advertising or social media marketing

Strong, demonstrated skills working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)

Experience setting up AI agents and automations (e.g., in HubSpot or other platforms)

Strong openness and adaptability to learn new technology platforms

Proficiency with digital design and content scheduling tools (such as Sketch, Later, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a willingness to learn Australian and New Zealand conversational nuances

Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
