Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead and execute growth initiatives across local SEO, paid advertising, CRM automation, and digital marketing systems. This is a senior-level part-time role for someone who can operate independently, make proactive recommendations, and take ownership of building scalable marketing processes that drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing local SEO, paid media campaigns, CRM automations, and lead generation systems while also understanding how to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. This role is best suited for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-focused who can identify opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize local SEO strategy including schema markup setup and ongoing maintenance
• Set up and maintain Google Business Profile to drive local visibility and lead generation
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and pay-per-click platforms to generate measurable results
• Configure and integrate GoHighLevel CRM on the backend to streamline lead management and automation
• Create and manage social media content and campaigns to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement
• Build marketing funnels and implement AI-powered tools such as website chatbots to enhance user experience

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in local SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies and technical implementation
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
• Proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize for conversions
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and take a leadership role in recommending and executing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively advise on best practices
