Job Overview

Our client is looking for Sales Closers who can convert warm leads into committed clients through outbound calling. This is a high-commission opportunity where top performers can earn substantial incentives based on closing volume. The ideal candidate will handle 150-200 calls per week and achieve an 18-20 percent closing ratio, with potential to earn significant bonuses for meeting or exceeding targets.

Client Overview

Our client is a marketing company specializing in customer acquisition and digital presence solutions for home services contractors and pool service businesses. The company provides comprehensive marketing systems including SEO, SEM, and AI-driven strategies designed to help contractors grow with their customer base and establish a dominant online presence.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM MST and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM MST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads in the pool service and home contractor industries.
  • Close sales and secure clients for a minimum three-month marketing program commitment.
  • Handle objections effectively and move prospects through the sales pipeline to conversion.
  • Present marketing solutions as an insider who understands the contracting business and its challenges.
  • Maintain consistent call volume of 150-200 calls per week to achieve 20-30 closures weekly.
  • Use CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, conversations, and closed deals.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to short-attention-span business owners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales closing with demonstrated ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Experience with outbound calling and high-volume dialing environments.
  • Self-motivated and money-driven with hunger to maximize earning potential through commissions.
  • Comfortable working independently while reporting directly to company leadership.

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience selling to contractors or home services businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing services, SEO, SEM, or digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel CRM platform.
  • Background in B2B sales with consultative selling approach.
