Job Overview

Our client is seeking an organized, high-energy Social Media Outreach Specialist to lead influencer sourcing and product-seeding campaigns. In this part-time remote role, you will be the direct bridge between the brand and a built list of 1,000 to 2,000 potential creators across Instagram and TikTok. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage high-volume outreach pipelines while seamlessly personalizing pitches—incorporating specific creator and pet details—to build authentic, high-converting brand partnerships.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Multi-Platform Outreach Execution

  • Social DM Management: Direct and manage outbound partnership outreach natively through corporate Instagram and TikTok handles.
  • B2B Emailing: Deploy structured, templated email campaigns targeting perspective creators, lifestyle influencers, and digital partners.
  • Hyper-Personalization: Review creator profiles to skillfully customize pitch copy with precise names, content references, and specific pet details to maximize response rates.
  • Seeding Cadence: Hit strict daily volume targets to secure a consistent product seeding pipeline of 200 to 300 active creators monthly.

Pipeline Tracking & Data Hygiene

  • Spreadsheet Administration: Navigate, log, and meticulously update central outreach Google Sheets to track real-time response progression.
  • Communication Logging: Maintain accurate records of conversion steps, tracking accepted offers, shipping addresses, and creator content deadlines.
  • Team Handoffs: Systematically flag and hand off positive partner responses to the internal logistics team for product deployment.

Requirements

  • Social Commerce Literacy: Practical proficiency with Instagram and TikTok user interfaces, platform etiquette, and brand communication styles.
  • Data Competency: Solid experience working within Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, maintaining data integrity across large lists.
  • Meticulous Precision: A sharp eye for detail to ensure zero errors when executing variable data swapping (names, handles, unique details) inside templates.
  • Communication Polish: Strong written English communication skills characterized by a professional, friendly, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Process Discipline: Proven ability to follow strict scripts and operational brand guidelines while working independently within a dedicated 4-hour daily block.
