Client Coordination & Administrative Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Client Coordination and Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and client communications across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with clients, and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks that may change from week to week. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with project management systems and scheduling coordination. You will play an important role in keeping projects organized, ensuring timely communication, and providing support wherever needed to help the business operate efficiently.
Schedule
- Mon - Friday 10 am - 2 pm EST
Responsibilities
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally
- Send calendar invites and manage scheduling coordination
- Maintain and update backend project management systems
- Provide general scheduling assistance across various projects
- Handle miscellaneous tasks that vary week to week based on client needs
- Jump in to provide support where needed across different areas of the business
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills for client email correspondence
- Experience with project management tools and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekly requirements
- Professional demeanor for client-facing communications
