B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK Market

Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, persistent B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the UK commercial market. This is a front-line "hunter" role for someone who thrives on the phone, serving as the engine of our sales pipeline by turning pre-generated lead lists into high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives (AEs). If you are a resilient communicator looking for a dynamic role that comes with commissions, we want you on our team!

Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM London, UK Time with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Confidently pick up the phone to conduct cold and warm outreach
  • Use strategic questioning to identify pain points and ensure the prospect is a fit for our solution
  • Execute personalized email sequences to supplement your phone activity
  • Successfully book qualified meetings directly into the AE’s calendar
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure a seamless hand-off to the sales team
  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule aligned strictly with UK business hours
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting the UK commercial sector
  • Work efficiently with pre-generated lead lists, ensuring zero "guessing" who to call next

Requirements
