Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Management Assistant to support their U.S.-based real estate office complex. This remote position focuses on maintaining high standards of communication and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between tenants and property management, ensuring all administrative and maintenance needs are met with professionalism and precision. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a scaling organization as the real estate operations expand.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the real estate office complex
- Manage tenant correspondence, including lease-related follow-ups, maintenance requests, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property documentation
- Support the real estate team with scheduling, data entry, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with multiple property managers and the business owner to streamline workflows
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management or real estate administration, preferably with U.S.-based clients
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with tenants and stakeholders
