Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trades Service Coordinator (Fergus Expert) to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless job scheduling and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a professional phone manner and the ability to navigate job management software with ease to support a thriving service-based business.

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM NZDT (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and act as the first point of contact for clients and prospects
- Manage job scheduling, updates, and coordination using Fergus (job management software) to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle invoicing, data entry, and general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-ups
- Identify and flag discrepancies in job details, escalating issues to management when required
- Ensure accurate updates across all job records and customer interactions within Fergus
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role (trades/service industry preferred)
- Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM or job management systems — Fergus experience is a strong advantage
- Professional demeanor with clear communication skills suitable for client-facing interaction
