Job Overview
Our client is looking for a high-performance Business Development Representative focused on building and managing the top of the sales funnel. This role is ideal for a highly driven, resilient, and process-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and is motivated by performance incentives and growth opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, booking qualified appointments, and helping scale the company’s outbound sales engine.

Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up sequences
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Generate and qualify outbound leads for the internal sales and strategy team
- Book qualified discovery meetings and appointments with prospects
- Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM systems, lead databases, and outbound workflows
- Track all prospect interactions, outreach touchpoints, and pipeline activity within the CRM
- Confidently navigate objections, gatekeepers, and prospect pushback during outreach
- Adapt sales messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies based on campaign performance and feedback
- Work independently while maintaining consistent activity and performance metrics
- Support the development and scaling of the company’s outbound sales processes and systems
- Potential future involvement in light client/account relationship management for successfully closed accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, business development, or lead generation
- Proven experience booking appointments and generating opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with outbound sales and lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines and follow structured outreach processes
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and stay accountable to KPIs
- High resilience and confidence when handling rejection and objections
- Digital marketing, SEO, or agency experience is highly preferred but not required
- Adaptable mindset with willingness to test, optimize, and improve outreach approaches
