Our client provides premier residential and commercial pest control services across California, Washington, and Oregon. They are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and customer-centric Remote Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Schedule
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week (5-day work week).
- Shift Variations: Shifts vary based on call center volume. Your interviewer will discuss specific shift placements with you. Available schedules include:
- Option 1: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MDT (Wednesday or Thursday off).
- Option 2: Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MDT (Wednesday or Thursday off).
- Option 3: Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM MDT (Wednesday or Thursday off).
Responsibilities
Call Center Operations & Guest Relations
- Inbound & Outbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries and place proactive outbound calls to assist clients across West Coast service regions.
- Information Delivery: Provide accurate information regarding pest control treatments, company policies, service warranties, and pricing.
- Call Routing: Professionally screen and transfer specialized service calls to appropriate internal departments when required.
Logistics Coordination & Metrics
- Schedule Optimization: Coordinate, cancel, and reschedule service appointments, ensuring real-time management of the technicians' active calendar routes.
- Field Support: Assist field technicians with on-site schedule adjustments, route inquiries, and account coordination.
- Performance Accountability: Meet or exceed company standards for call quality, average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Communication Delivery: Strong conversational English skills with an enthusiastic, warm, and highly professional phone presence.
- Technical Agility: Fast and accurate data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM).
- Coachability: A highly coachable mindset with the ability to swiftly absorb training concepts and constructively apply performance feedback.
- Remote Experience: Previous experience working successfully in a remote call center or virtual assistant setup is highly preferred.
- Attendance Safeguards: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a dedicated, quiet home office space, and a mandatory backup power solution (UPS or generator) to ensure zero downtime during power outages.
