Job Overview

Our client is seeking a vision-driven Lead UX/UI Designer to orchestrate how their brand feels, functions, and scales across every digital asset. This is a senior product design role where you will serve as the architectural owner of a flagship internal platform (Hub21), native mobile apps, and high-converting growth marketing funnels. The ideal candidate is a Figma master who looks past superficial aesthetics to build comprehensive component libraries, optimize mobile-first user flows, and remove behavioral friction to drastically amplify user adoption and conversion metrics.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time [Woodland Hills, CA Time], with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 hours per week).

  • Ecosystem Architecture: Design accessible, intuitive digital interfaces for external company websites, internal operating frameworks, specialized recruitment landing pages, and event registration funnels.
  • Prototyping & Flow Mapping: Map out complex, mobile-first user flows, transition low-fidelity concepts into high-fidelity mockups, and wireframe interactive prototypes for rapid testing and feedback iteration.

Design System Governance & Conversion Optimization

  • System Scalability: Build, maintain, and scale the centralized Figma design system, token registries, and atomic UI components to maintain strict brand alignment across all internal sub-brands.
  • Friction Elimination: Analyze behavioral heatmaps and funnel drop-off points to redesign client onboarding workflows, unlocking higher engagement and conversion results.
  • Technical Handoff: Partner directly with front-end engineering and product teams, verifying that design specifications, styling variables, and layout systems are executed accurately and with high technical integrity.

This Role Supports

  • The Hub21 Core Product Platform
  • Professional Talent & Recruiter Acquisition funnels
  • Multi-Brand Consumer Trust & Alignment Campaigns
  • High-Conversion Webinar & Live Marketing Pipelines
  • Mobile App Growth & Customer Retention Frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or digital system specialist. (Applications without a portfolio showing live web/mobile apps cannot be prioritized).
  • Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced structural component architecture, responsive auto-layout engine management, variables, and cross-team library tokening.
  • Mobile-First Orientation: A rich portfolio displaying layout design choices made specifically to accommodate responsive, native app views and clean gesture interactions.
  • Conversion Psychology: Strong conceptual baseline in conversion-rate optimization (CRO), user data analysis, and layout principles that influence action while protecting a premium brand feel.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent English communication skills to easily bridge gaps between visual concept frameworks and developer deployment constraints.
