Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hospitality Sales & Revenue Coordinator to fuel top-line revenue growth through strategic inventory control, occupancy optimization, and proactive corporate sales initiatives. This role bridges technical property analytics with strategic business development, making it ideal for a hospitality professional who understands how to leverage market trends and booking channels to out-pace the competition. You will act as the operational link ensuring that pricing structures, distribution technology, and guest reservation pipelines operate flawlessly to maximize daily profitability.

Responsibilities
Revenue Optimization & Distribution
- Yield Strategy: Monitor daily occupancy, booking velocity, and compression trends to strategically adjust inventory pricing.
- KPI Management: Implement systematic adjustments to optimize core hotel metrics, specifically Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Channel Management: Synchronize and maintain real-time room inventory availability across major OTAs, global distribution systems, and direct booking channels.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze ongoing competitor pricing indices and micro-market conditions to propose forward-looking promotional structures and seasonal packages.
Sales Operations & Account Management
- Lead Generation: Support outbound corporate sales growth through target identification, proactive pipeline follow-ups, and cold outreach.
- Group & B2B Booking: Handle dedicated group block inquiries, negotiate basic corporate account agreements, and build long-term value relationships with trade travel agencies.
- System Administration: Maintain accurate, real-time client interaction data and master reservation files across central CRMs and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Reporting & Cross-Functional Synergy
- Performance Analysis: Consolidate data into clear weekly and monthly revenue metrics, highlighting key yield trends for executive review.
- Operations Alignment: Sync directly with the property-level front desk and general management teams to ensure seamless guest arrival transitions and operational preparedness.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience specialized in hotel revenue management, hospitality sales engineering, or centralized property reservations.
- Technical KPI Competency: Deep understanding of yield management principles, seasonal demand curves, and industry metrics (ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Pace).
- Hospitality Tech Stack: Practical experience navigating modern property ecosystems such as Opera, Cloudbeds, RMS, or SiteMinder.
- OTA Familiarity: Hands-on competency managing merchant and agency dashboards across channels like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and Airbnb.
- Analytical Skills: Intermediate to advanced execution in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to interpret high-density transaction reports into tactical pricing changes.
- Communication: Refined verbal and written English communication skills suitable for managing high-value corporate accounts and consumer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Educational background or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing low-demand shoulder periods to stabilize baseline occupancy.
