Our client is seeking an experienced, engineering-focused Senior Mobile App Developer to transform their digital workspace into a high-performance, sticky operational ecosystem. Mobile is where their daily engagement lives. In this role, your code will directly impact how real estate agents and loan officers manage their business pipelines, track milestones, and execute daily workflows on the move. You will take ownership of the mobile deployment of the flagship platform (Hub21), turning it into the company's ultimate operational engine.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time [Woodland Hills, CA Time], with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

App Engineering & Code Architecture

• Cross-Platform Deployment: Build, scale, and maintain the Hub21 native mobile application across iOS and Android utilizing modern framework ecosystems.
• Structural Architecture: Design and implement clean, scalable, modular, and testable codebases that accommodate swift feature rollouts without technical regressions.
• Optimization & Stability: Profile application layers to drastically minimize load times, wipe out memory leaks, reduce crash frequencies, and secure runtime rendering stability.

System Integration & Feature Development

• Data Integration: Interface cleanly with complex backend RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, secure OAuth authentication layers, and dynamic webhooks.
• Engagement Engine: Develop interactive notification workflows, customized push architectures, visual gamification elements, and upcoming localized AI integration points.
• Design Synchronization: Collaborate with the Lead UX/UI Designer to translate high-fidelity Figma specifications into pixel-perfect, fluid animations and responsive screen views.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Mobile App Developer, with an emphasis on shipping production-grade apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Framework Mastery: Deep, production-level expertise in either React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart).
• State Management & State Sync: Advanced knowledge of global state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Bloc, or Provider) and asynchronous data streams.
• Product-Focused Mindset: An analytical thinker who looks beyond standard ticketing to understand why features matter to the end user, driving collaborative architectural adjustments.
• Clean Code Discipline: Commitment to writing self-documenting, reusable code paired with a solid grounding in mobile testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end component testing).
