Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist to manage high-volume customer inquiries, accurate order fulfillment, and reliable financial record-keeping. In this full-time remote role, you will act as a primary point of contact for the company, balancing phone-based customer care with administrative and basic bookkeeping responsibilities. This position is ideal for an multi-talented professional who can seamlessly transition from incoming calls to data entry, payment tracking, and order reconciliation within a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) (40 hours per week)

Key Priorities

  • Phone-Based Care: Deliver high-touch, professional customer service on incoming phone queues.
  • Order Processing: Input customer transactions accurately into point-of-sale (POS) systems across franchise and independent retail channels.
  • Administrative & Bookkeeping Systems: Maintain organized, clean digital records and support smooth day-to-day operations through detailed payment tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Inbound Support: Handle inbound customer phone calls; assist with real-time queries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery logistics.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Send and receive targeted SMS/text messages to verify and confirm crucial client fulfillment details, such as physical delivery addresses.
  • Order Entry & Data Management: Transcribe and input active orders into the central database between active calls, ensuring all transaction fields are accurate and complete in real time.
  • Basic Bookkeeping & Accounting Support: Monitor incoming payment statuses, track transaction histories, maintain accurate internal financial records, and reconcile order data fields against banking statements.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client delivery concerns and billing discrepancies efficiently to safeguard the overall consumer journey.
  • Process Standardization: Maintain up-to-date documentation of order workflows, account profiles, and administrative logs across internal company platforms.

Requirements

  • Phone Support Expertise: Proven experience handling high-volume, phone-based customer support or call center operations.
  • Data Entry Precision: Fast, accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail and a low error rate when handling complex data fields.
  • Technical System Literacy: Prior hands-on experience using point-of-sale (POS) software, international dialing systems, corporate messaging applications, or order management platforms.
  • Financial Foundations: Basic operational experience tracking consumer payments, auditing invoice data, or managing simple bookkeeping logs.
  • Linguistic Capability: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, equipped to interact confidently with U.S. and international consumers.

  • Proactive mindset with a high capacity to work independently in a remote environment under minimal monitoring.
