Our client is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Outbound Survey Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will represent two doctors conducting critical research, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and credibility on every call. Your primary focus will be connecting with region-specific contacts, administering structured surveys, and meticulously logging data to support a major product launch campaign.

Schedule

• Various Times Global, Flexible during client business hours (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 80 outbound calls per day to region-specific contacts organized by zip code

• Administer a structured 25-question survey and accurately capture demographic and response data

• Enter all survey results into a shared Excel spreadsheet in real time, ensuring data integrity and consistency

• Offer a $10 gift certificate incentive upon survey completion and communicate the referral program 25$ additional certificate for the latest in scientifically tested EMF baby gear.

• Send follow-up emails to survey participants to encourage referrals and drive additional product subscriptions

• Represent two doctors conducting research, maintaining professionalism and credibility on every call

 

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or survey administration
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with survey participants
• High level of attention to detail, particularly with data entry tasks
• Ability to follow a structured call script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Comfortable working independently within a team environment across multiple time zones
• Strong organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and data logging simultaneously
• Experience in lead generation, data mining, or research experience, combined with outbound calling expertise, is highly preferred

Scope

• Build out a CRM database targeting 5,000–6,000 completed survey contacts within a 30-day period
• Cover assigned U.S. regional time zones as part of a coordinated 8–10 person team
• Contribute to a product launch campaign by gathering market research data and generating early subscriber interest
• Collaborate with team members via a shared email account and centralized Excel spreadsheet
• Support referral-driven outreach through timely and professional follow-up communications
