Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with high-volume recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple candidates throughout the hiring process.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, from 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM CT (30hrs/week) (No Break)
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, including hourly and high-turnover positions
- Conduct structured phone screenings and candidate interviews
- Build strong rapport with candidates and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking updates
- Track recruitment progress using ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs including calls, screenings, and interview scheduling targets
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, onboarding requirements, and documentation
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes
- Utilize job boards such as Indeed and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates
- Participate in recruitment strategy discussions and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable conducting phone screenings and candidate outreach
- Experience using ATS systems, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and follow-up practices
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Recruitment experience in healthcare, home care, or staffing industries
- Experience recruiting for high-turnover or hourly workforce roles
- Background in cold calling and candidate sourcing
- Experience coordinating onboarding and hiring documentation
- Familiarity with KPI-driven recruitment environments
