Mortgage Appointment Setter
Job Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to support a growing mortgage and real estate business. The role involves making outbound calls to real estate agents, generating leads, and booking qualified appointments for the mortgage broker. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and previous experience in mortgage, real estate, lending, or similar industries.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents and potential referral partners
- Set qualified appointments for the mortgage broker
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Update and manage lead records in the CRM system
- Maintain organized notes and follow-up schedules
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation
- Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, lending, or similar industries required
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel is a plus
- Experience working with US-based clients preferred
- Strong English communication skills and professional phone manner
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
