Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for their bookkeeping and tax services firm. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging potential B2B clients through digital channels, and securing discovery calls to build a robust sales pipeline.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours a day within Arizona calling hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential bookkeeping and tax service clients via LinkedIn, email, and potentially phone calls.
  • Follow scripted messaging sequences to engage prospects and generate interest.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the business owner.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Track outreach activity and report on lead generation metrics.
  • Execute structured outreach processes and maintain rigorous follow-up cadences.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B outreach, cold messaging, or appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a prospecting and networking tool.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow structured outreach processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
