B2B Appointment Setter – Pharma & SaaS
Job Overview:
Drive Growth as an Appointment Setter for a Pharmaceutical and Software Solutions Provider!
We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to manage outbound outreach and fill the sales calendar with qualified meetings. In this role, you will focus on high-volume phone calls and email follow-ups to engage prospective business owners in the pharmaceutical and software sectors.
Client Overview:
Work for A peptide vendor company that also provides software solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. The business serves B2B clients by streamlining front-end outreach and sales operations to support business owners in scaling their revenue.
Schedule:
- Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (20h per week)
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound phone calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
- Manage email follow-up sequences to nurture leads and confirm appointments
- Schedule qualified meetings directly onto the business owner's calendar
- Aim to achieve a target of at least two booked appointments per day
- Track all outreach activity and conversion metrics to align with KPIs
- Research and qualify potential leads to expand the prospect pipeline
- Maintain organized records of all interactions and follow-up schedules
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in appointment setting or outbound B2B sales
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in managing lead lists and professional follow-up workflows
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently toward daily targets
- High comfort level with high-volume calling and objection handling
- Bonus if you have experience in the pharmaceutical or software industry
- It helps if you have experience targeting business owners in medical or tech fields
