Social Media Assistant (Canva & Ad Design)
Overview:
As a versatile Social Media Assistant (Canva & Ad Design), you will execute structured processes and repetitive tasks with high precision while leveraging AI tools to generate creative content and advertisements. You will be responsible for designing visual assets in Canva and managing social media presence, ensuring all copy maintains a natural English conversational tone aligned with the brand voice. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can strictly adhere to detailed checklists in an asynchronous environment, with the flexibility to scale from part-time to full-time as needs evolve.
Schedule: Full-time role / Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Responsibilities:

Ability to consistently follow structured checklists and established processes, including the execution of repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Able to identify and extract relevant keywords, input them into AI tools, and provide clear instructions to generate desired outputs.

Basic virtual assistant competencies, including proficiency in Canva and the ability to design simple advertisements.

Possesses foundational creativity and design sensibility.

Basic understanding of social media platforms, including the ability to schedule and regularly publish posts online.

For social media-related work: strong English communication skills with an understanding of natural conversational tone and brand voice.

Flexible availability, with potential for transition from part-time to full-time engagement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva with a demonstrated eye for creative ad design
- Strong written English skills, particularly for social media copy and brand-aligned content
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and standard operating procedures with accuracy
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to consistent output quality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment
- Openness to expanding hours and responsibilities as business needs grow
Scope:
- Flexible time zone with asynchronous task assignment and morning reviews
- Tasks span SEO fulfillment, graphic design, and social media management across multiple business units
- Work will follow established processes, templates, and checklists provided by the client
- No client-facing communication required
