WordPress Developer | SEO Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a versatile digital professional who enjoys combining web development, SEO, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven online growth strategies. As a SEO WordPress Developer | SEO Specialist, you will build and optimize multiple WordPress websites while implementing SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, visibility, and revenue. You will work closely with the business owner to develop scalable web properties, establish affiliate integrations, and manage ongoing digital growth initiatives across three niche industries.

Client Overview

Join an entrepreneurial business building multiple digital ventures across diverse industries, including travel insurance, eSIM/IoT solutions, and passive energy systems. The business is focused on creating scalable online platforms that combine strong web presence, affiliate partnerships, and digital marketing strategies to drive long-term growth.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, flexible hours AEST (20 work hours per week), with occasional weekend collaboration sessions (weekly or bi-weekly).

Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Design, build, and maintain three professional, responsive WordPress websites optimized for performance and functionality.
  • SEO & Growth: Implement technical on-page SEO, conduct keyword research, and optimize site structure to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Affiliate & Revenue Systems: Establish and manage affiliate link integrations and partnership sign-up flows to drive conversion-based revenue.
  • Digital Marketing: Create SEO-optimized content and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work directly with the business owner on execution and provide continuous reporting on website performance and campaign results.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in WordPress web development and technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Ads management.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or digital projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing systems and link integrations.
  • Professional written communication and close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in affiliate-driven or niche-content websites.
  • Familiarity with analytics and conversion tracking tools.
