Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support their administrative operations. This ongoing, long-term engagement focuses on high-volume data management and labor coordination for an AV company, primarily utilizing Microsoft Excel, email, and the Workstaff platform.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4 hours a day, flexible within Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain high-volume data entry and record-keeping in Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
- Handle email correspondence and ensure timely communication with internal teams and AV company clients
- Coordinate labor assignments and scheduling using the Workstaff platform
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep project workflows running smoothly
- Assist with organizing project-related documentation and tracking labor allocation across multiple engagements
- Maintain daily communication and task completion within a flexible Eastern Time window
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with macros
- Professional English communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools with minimal training
- High level of attention to detail when handling repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
