Job Overview
Our client is seeking a versatile Administrative Coordinator to serve as the primary backbone for a multifaceted business portfolio. This role requires a high-level "right hand" who can seamlessly transition between construction consulting, real estate investment, and online reselling operations. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows and maintaining organized systems to reduce the client's operational burden, allowing them to focus on high-level strategic growth.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Vertical Management: Manage and organize day-to-day administrative tasks across multiple business areas (construction, real estate, and reselling).
- Construction Coordination: Coordinate project documentation and scheduling for commercial construction projects.
- Real Estate Support: Assist in investment activities including market research, listing coordination, and property management communications.
- E-commerce Logistics: Support online reselling tasks such as product listing, order tracking, and inventory management.
- Executive Assistance: Handle personal administrative tasks including calendar management and professional correspondence.
- System Optimization: Streamline existing workflows and maintain highly organized systems to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative professional, ideally across multiple business sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Excellent English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is highly regarded.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Comfortable adapting to new industries and learning technical processes quickly.
Scope
- Full-time dedicated support following standard Eastern Time business hours.
- Direct communication with the client to follow established processes and standards.
- Exposure to Spanish-speaking clients or contacts within the construction industry.
