Inside Sales Agent (AU Shift)

Overview

Launch your career in the Australian commercial real estate sector with this high-energy outbound sales role. You will engage property owners through strategic cold calling, turning potential leads into booked appraisal appointments while driving growth for a professional property services team.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week) 9.00am - 5.30pm QLD EST Australia (AEST) includes 30-minute unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to a database of approximately 5,000 commercial property owners
  • Follow a structured three-question script to identify interest in commercial property appraisal services
  • Handle objections and hesitations professionally to secure prospect engagement
  • Schedule qualified prospects for meetings and book appointments directly into the team’s calendar
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets CRM tracking, including: Detailed call notes, color-coded outcomes, and follow-up schedules
  • Submit an updated spreadsheet summary at the end of each shift
  • Manage callback cycles on a multi-week follow-up system, ensuring continuity using prior call notes
  • Use a provided dialer system to complete approximately 50 to 200 calls per day, depending on connect rates
  • Represent the company professionally as if calling from the Australian office location
  • Deliver organized daily call reports via Google Sheets
  • Follow the client’s sales process, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Adapt quickly to updates in messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in real estate, property services, or B2B sales
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional tone
  • Fluent English skills with a clear and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent energy across high call volumes
  • High attention to detail when recording call outcomes and managing follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Strong discipline in following scripts and sales processes
