Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to lead video production, graphic design, and high-converting ecommerce strategies across multiple diverse brands. This role blends creative execution with data-driven marketing, requiring a candidate who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Amazon, and TikTok. You will be responsible for building optimized landing pages and crafting engaging social media content that directly scales our online presence and revenue growth. Working directly with the business owner, you will support high-impact marketing campaigns and produce engaging visual content to drive brand awareness. Your efforts will focus on optimizing e-commerce initiatives and executing strategic digital marketing to contribute directly to overall business growth.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pasadena, CA time [with 1-hour unpaid break] (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging video content for social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Design visually compelling graphics, ads, and marketing materials aligned with each brand’s identity
- Develop and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions
- Manage and support e-commerce marketing initiatives for online product-based businesses
- Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
- Assist with Amazon and TikTok marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Create cross-platform content tailored for various audiences and industries
- Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer engagement
- Collaborate directly with the business owner on marketing strategy, campaign planning, and content direction
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain organized workflows and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, creative design, or social media management
- Strong experience in video editing and content creation using tools such as CapCut or similar platforms
- Proven graphic design skills with a strong creative portfolio
- Experience creating landing pages and optimizing them for conversions
- Hands-on e-commerce business experience is required
- Proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing and customer automation campaigns
- Experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Familiarity with Amazon and TikTok marketing platforms
- Experience using Shopify, Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered marketing tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 100mbps internet speed
