Sales Assistant

Client Overview

We are a growing business focused on building strong client relationships and maintaining a high-performing sales pipeline across international markets. Our work involves engaging with prospects in the UK and North America, ensuring every lead is properly followed up, organized, and supported throughout the sales process. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to help drive sales coordination and maintain momentum across ongoing opportunities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Sales Assistant to support the business owner with sales coordination, lead tracking, CRM management, and prospect follow-up activities. This is a client-facing role suited for someone with excellent English communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced sales environment.

Working hours: 20hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central European Time

Responsibilities

  • Attend client and prospect meetings alongside the business owner to capture key decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences with prospects after initial sales conversations
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead details, meeting notes, and pipeline progression
  • Track and coordinate inbound and outbound marketing leads across multiple data sources
  • Research and complete missing lead information to improve pipeline accuracy and follow-up effectiveness
  • Support overall sales coordination to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Provide regular updates and communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding lead progress and pending actions
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient sales process from initial contact through closing stages

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, appointment setting, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of initiative and resourcefulness when handling incomplete or unstructured information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing lead databases
