Appointment Setter
Overview
Join a thriving football franchise business and play a pivotal role in their expansion by engaging with Meta-generated leads. We are looking for a persistent, high-energy communicator to qualify leads and secure discovery calls through strategic outbound calls and SMS follow-ups.
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM BST (4 hours a day, 20 hours per week)
Thursday & Friday Restday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to cold and warm Meta leads daily
- Follow up with leads via SMS and other communication channels
- Qualify leads and schedule franchise discovery calls with the business owner
- Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, confident phone manner
- Manage lead pipelines and maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities
- Consistently follow up with unresponsive or low-intent leads
- Handle objections, cancellations, and rejection professionally
- Meet appointment-setting and performance targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion strategies
- Handle chat inquiries during peak days/hours / Chat Task
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, recruitment, or outbound sales at least 2 years
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and persuasive phone presence
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Strong resilience and persistence in handling rejection and unanswered outreach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a repetitive outreach environment
- Experience handling Meta/Facebook leads is an advantage
