Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Intake Specialist (Legal Professional Services) to manage incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate consultations with prospective clients. In this role, you will nurture leads through timely follow-ups, track conversion performance, and support a smooth onboarding process for new clients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales or intake experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools such as Clio, with the ability to work efficiently within structured systems and client-facing environments.
Schedule: TBD during client business hours but this is a full-time role, 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or intake-related roles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in client management platforms such as Clio and similar CRM systems and firm tools
- Ability to navigate and operate within structured systems and internal workflows with accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable engaging in client-facing phone and video communications

- Dedicated Windows 11 computer required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, with a backup internet option preferred
