E-commerce Growth Specialist | Google ads & Shopify
Job Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled E-commerce Growth Specialist to manage and optimize their digital advertising presence. This role focuses on driving consistent growth and improving return on ad spend through expert management of Google Ads, Pinterest, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will support the company’s strategic shift toward wholesale and B2B markets while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all digital storefronts and channels.

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM HST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, shopping, and display advertising, to drive consistent growth and improve return on ad spend.
- Create and publish Pinterest pins, organize them into proper collections, and maintain boards aligned with product collections and seasonal promotions.
- Develop and schedule advertising content (both paid and organic) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business pages.
- Monitor campaign performance across all platforms and provide regular updates on spend, growth metrics, and actionable insights for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Google Ads accounts to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the business owner to align advertising strategy with the company's shift toward wholesale and B2B.
- Support Shopify product listings and storefront updates, including adding new products as needed.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Pinterest, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising strategies, particularly for product-based businesses.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of campaign outcomes.
- High level of attention to detail when creating visual content and managing ad budgets.
- Strong written communication skills for ad copy and social media content.
- Familiarity with B2B and wholesale marketing approaches is a plus.
