Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator to support a growing company in the home improvement and construction space. This role is ideal for someone with experience in social media, content coordination, and digital marketing who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours (8am to 5pm EST) - 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Facebook and Instagram business pages
  • Edit and publish short-form video content provided by the team
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Support geographically targeted marketing initiatives
  • Organize and maintain project photos, videos, and marketing assets
  • Assist with content coordination and brand visibility efforts
  • Reports directly to the management team
  • Marketing focus includes contractor and residential homeowner audiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Facebook, and Instagram business tools
  • Professional written English communication skills
  • Basic video editing and content organization experience
  • Ability to quickly learn industry-related terminology and services
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
