Appointment Setter (Beauty/Health & Wellness)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a high-performing Appointment Setter to support a fast-paced spa and wellness business. This role is focused on high-volume inbound and outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting, with the primary goal of converting leads into booked and paid appointments.

Schedule:

  • 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday, 10am - 7pm  Central, includes 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Actively dial, email, and text high volumes of inbound and outbound leads daily to maximize bookings
  • Conduct cold calling and warm lead follow-ups to generate appointments
  • Persistently follow up with warm and aged leads to re-engage prospects
  • Book appointments and manage the client calendar accurately
  • Collect payment information and confirm bookings
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to ad-hoc booking requests from management
  • Overcome objections and guide prospects through the booking process to close
  • Update lead records and manage pipeline activity in ForeverBooked CRM

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, inbound/outbound SDR, or appointment setting
  • Experience handling high-volume calling and outreach campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead pipeline management
  • Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or medical services is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail when managing client information and schedules

Scope

  • Manage a pipeline of 500+ new leads per month, plus ongoing aged leads
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS across all lead stages
  • Process payments and confirm appointments in the booking system
  • Transition into outbound prospecting as pipeline matures
  • Coordinate closely with the General Manager for scheduling and client communication
  • Track and report call volume, conversions, and pipeline performance
