Creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will design and customize a variety of branded materials and digital content using Canva, ensuring strict visual consistency across product labels, social media, and event collateral. You will manage the end-to-end social media workflow and maintain professional email communication with corporate clients to coordinate requirements and approvals for fast-paced projects. Balancing creative execution with administrative support, you will organize digital assets and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality marketing and event deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Create and customize product labels, branded materials, and event collateral for corporate clients
- Design and edit basic graphics, marketing materials, and social media content using Canva
- Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure scheduled posts are published correctly
- Assist with basic social media management, engagement, and content coordination across multiple platforms
- Communicate professionally with clients via email to gather event requirements, branding assets, and approvals
- Upload and position logos on packaging and promotional items with precision and brand consistency
- Maintain and organize Canva templates and creative assets
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
- Coordinate tasks related to corporate events and marketing deliverables with quick turnaround expectations
Requirements:
- Experience with Canva and basic graphic design or marketing materials creation
- Strong eye for layout, branding, spacing, and visual consistency
- Understanding of social media platforms and basic social media management workflows
- Excellent written English communication skills with a professional client-facing tone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling both operational/admin and creative responsibilities
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or corporate branding projects
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or social media publishing platforms
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing best practices
- Previous experience in operations support, executive assistance, or event coordination
