Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Ticketing & Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for in-store ticketing and administrative support across their store and franchise network. In this role, you will own the full ticketing lifecycle—from developing templates and managing the software platform to ensuring that stores have the physical supplies and visual materials they need to succeed. This position requires a blend of technical system management, procurement coordination, and clear internal communication. Responsibilities
- Ticketing Management: Develop and maintain the full ticketing suite (templates and hardware); manage the ticketing platform for stores and franchise partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Content Control: Create and review all in-store ticketing for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are secured prior to distribution.
- Supply & Inventory: Oversee stock levels of ticketing paper and visual materials; coordinate with suppliers and printers for cost-effective procurement and distribution.
- Internal Communications: Manage company bulletins and weekly store communications, including promotional updates and visual direction messaging.
- Project & Admin Support: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and Capex reporting; manage supplier contracts and sourcing activities.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee internal logistics such as mail distribution, scheduling, and processing store-specific requests for vinyl and visual equipment.
- Training: Act as the main point of contact for ticketing queries, providing training and guidance to team members on standards and processes.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in ticketing, retail operations, or administrative coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to work with multiple teams, store managers, and franchise networks.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in checking ticketing data and managing complex inventory levels.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing company-wide bulletins.
Qualifications
- Experience with specialized ticketing systems or retail marketing platforms is a plus.
- Background in visual merchandising or retail marketing support.
- Experience working with franchise networks or multi-location businesses.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management.
