Real Estate Lead Manager

Job Overview

Our client is hiring a Lead Manager to own outbound calling, appointment setting, lead and data management, and campaign execution across their acquisitions pipeline. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for generating conversations, setting appointments, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, metrics-driven, and highly comfortable using phones, CRMs, and marketing software to turn cold data into qualified investment opportunities.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling (Primary Focus): Execute heavy daily outbound calling to commercial property owners and brokers; qualify seller motivation and property details while logging accurate notes.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and manage SMS and cold email outreach campaigns; monitor deliverability, respond to inbound replies, and route "hot" leads to ownership.
  • Appointment Setting: Convert conversations into qualified meetings; manage calendar scheduling, send reminders, and implement follow-up disciplines to reduce no-shows.
  • Lead & Data Management: Own the CRM data integrity; clean duplicates, segment leads by asset type or geography, and maintain an organized lead flow across all channels.
  • Follow-Up Engine: Maintain a rigorous multi-touch follow-up cadence through calls, SMS, and email to ensure no quality lead is neglected.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly scoreboards tracking calls made, conversations, appointments set, and opportunities advanced.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Must have proven experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
  • Phone Presence: Strong professional phone presence with the ability to handle daily cold calling consistently.
  • Technical Proficiency: CRM proficient with familiarity in SMS and email outreach systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Competitive and KPI-driven, with the ability to track results by list, market, and source.
  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex data imports/exports and pipeline segmentation.
  • Communication: Fast learner with excellent written and verbal skills for re-engaging aged leads and building broker relationships.
