Our client is seeking an Construction Operations Support Coordinator to be the vital link between clients and the office team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, manage emails, provide project updates, and proactively follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work within a custom CRM and tools like Google Suite and ConstructConnect to track interactions and support business operations. Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls on the business line and provide professional support to clients and partners.
- Project Communication: Update customers on project status and proactively reach out for necessary follow-up communications.
- Inbox Management: Monitor and manage email communications across the business to ensure timely responses.
- Administrative Coordination: Pull permits and handle essential administrative tasks required for project progression.
- CRM & Lead Management: Use the company’s custom-built CRM to track interactions and utilize ConstructConnect for lead management and prospecting.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular cadence meetings to review tasks, set priorities, and align with the office team.
- Process Oversight: Conduct regular follow-up activities to ensure no project details or administrative requirements are missed.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) to clearly communicate complex project details.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with CRM systems and the ability to learn custom software quickly.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.) is essential.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
- Client Availability: Ability to work consistently during business hours in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Construction or related industry experience is a significant plus.
- Ability to work as a seamless extension of a remote office team.
