Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Outreach Specialist to conduct compliant phone outreach and support engagement with patients, providers, or pharmacy-related contacts. This role focuses on education, outreach, and information gathering, ensuring all communication is handled professionally and in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)

Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Martinez, Georgia, Eastern Time with 1-hour unpaid break, remaining 4 hours flexible from Tuesday to Thursday (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to pharmacy-related contacts and patients from provided lists
• Educate contacts on services, programs, or available support
• Collect and verify contact information for follow-up communication
• Send informational materials to qualified contacts after initial outreach
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems
• Qualify contacts based on predefined criteria and interest levels
• Support outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
• Coordinate with internal teams for next steps on qualified contacts
• Ensure all communication and data handling complies with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

• Experience in phone-based outreach, customer service, or healthcare communication
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive information (required)
• Ability to follow structured scripts and outreach processes
• Strong attention to detail when documenting interactions
• Comfortable working in a healthcare or pharmacy-related environment
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Reliable follow-up and organizational skills
