Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to drive their outreach efforts and manage operational tracking. This role is primarily focused on executing LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage brand leads and monitoring social media metrics for a roster of athletes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing high-volume, repetitive tasks with precision while ensuring all outreach activity is meticulously documented.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, with a 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct outreach by connecting with prospects and sending personalized messages using pre-written scripts.
- Email & DM Campaigns: Send email and DM outreach to brand leads using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and proper targeting.
- Activity Tracking: Track outreach activity including opens, follow-ups, and responses in Google Sheets.
- Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and log the social media growth metrics of athletes across various platforms.
- Operational Support: Support day-to-day operational tasks to keep workflows organized and on schedule.
- General Administration: Assist with general administrative duties as needed to maintain business efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail when handling repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools for data tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to follow templates precisely.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
Scope
- Initial focus on LinkedIn connection requests and initial messaging using provided copy.
- Tracking and reporting on outreach metrics and athlete social media growth.
- Handling miscellaneous administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.
- Potential to take on more responsibility over time, including appointment setting once trained.
